Supplies for Schools and School Libraries
That time of year is upon us again: school supplies season. While you may have done some of your shopping already, there are always last-minute things that we end up forgetting. Or perhaps they’re things that worked fine last year but upon closer inspection need to be replaced. CMF has been awarded a government contract for school and library supplies and are here to help you get what you need for a successful school year.
Facility and Cleaning Supplies
Keeping a school clean isn’t easy, as kids are notoriously a little absent minded when it comes to cleaning up after themselves. Having the proper cleaning and paper products available to your facilities and janitorial staff will make their jobs easier. From trash can liners, mops, mop heads, signage, carts, proper dilution control systems, and the actual cleaning solutions themselves, CMF has what you need to create and maintain a safe workplace environment for both students and staff.
Technology
While you may think of computers, mobile devices, and large format technology, you must also remember the smaller things: keyboards, mice, cables, calculators, etc. Students taking higher-level math courses will need graphing calculators and while most of the time it is up to the students themselves to bring them to class, you must also have a few on hand in case of emergencies. Make sure everyone can hear the instructional video you’re using by having quality speakers connected to your devices. If you’re using a specific piece of equipment, you’ll need to make sure you have the correct cables in order to use it optimally. These are all things that CMF can help you acquire.
Paper & Storage
Paper, paper everywhere! While we don’t use nearly as much paper as we once did, we still need it for things like printed essays, quizzes, tests, handouts, and hand-written homework. But it doesn’t end there. You will also need places to store that paper. Make sure you have enough storage available to teachers and staff by getting the right shelving, the right storage receptacles, the right sized paper, and plenty of everything!
Writing Instruments
Whether you’re writing on paper, a chalkboard, a whiteboard, or an overhead projector, having the correct writing utensil is paramount. No one wants to use a permanent marker on a whiteboard. School librarians may have things that are unable to be taken from the premises and need ways to convey that information, especially if it is ever-changing. Having the proper products available to your staff and students will allow for seamless instruction, easy conveyance of information, and more. Art Supplies
Art class is often a place for a creative mind to wander, discover inspiration, and bring something beautiful to life.
